ECOGATE SERVICE AGREEMENT
ONE FULL YEAR SUPPORT
Your Ecogate system was engineered, installed and commissioned to maximize the savings and performance of your dust collection system. Once your system is installed, life (in a factory) happens. Perhaps your production needs change or your machines get moved or replaced. You need your dust collection system to keep up and you want to keep it running at maximum efficiency.
The impact of factory life is where the Ecogate Service Agreement comes in.
With our web-based Data Analytics Platform you can see your overall system performance and track key data such as fan load, fan/filter pressure, average number of active gates and VFD frequency. You can even review and compare your system performance based on different date ranges.
Daily & Monthly Reports
The report gives you a snapshot of the overall system performance with a few key average values every month. Managers and supervisors find this valuable because they can review their dust collection performance without spending much time meeting with their team or fetching for data.
As a Service Agreement User, you get a preferred customer discount on Ecogate products including blast gates, companion flange rings, sensors and cable. This is great when expanding, replacing, adding a new machine or changing your floor layouts.
Unlimited remote technical support during regular Ecogate business hours. This is a great feature since you can have an engineer look at your system in real-time for any troubleshooting, or technical support. In times when travel is limited, but you can still be sure an engineer will be available to support your system.
Up to 6 hours of engineering consulting service on an annual basis focused on the Ecogate related tasks and processes that will make your business more efficient, environmental and profitable.
Annual Site Visit
An annual site visit by an Ecogate engineer for updates, tune-ups, training, and more. We recalibrate the system to optimize performance of the dust collector, including checking and optionally adjusting the minimum and maximum fan speed, the cleaning function and minimum airflow settings.
CHOOSE YOUR PLAN
Ecogate offers three levels of service agreement. All levels include access to our proprietary web-based analytics platform, monthly summary emails, unlimited technical support plus varying degrees of engineering consulting services and parts discounts. The Plus level includes an annual onsite visit by an Ecogate engineer to update and optimize your system and provide user training. The Platinum Level includes monthly monitoring & status reports by an Ecogate engineer and, most importantly, puts you to the top of the list if you need support.
