AUTOMATIC BLAST GATES
Ecogate blast gates open automatically to machines that need exhaust ventilation and close automatically to machines that do not need exhaust ventilation at that particular point of time. This results in reliable dust collection that provides better suction, reliability, performance, and safety.
Automatic blast gates come in the following diameter sizes: 4", 5", 6", 7", 8", 9", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 22"
ECOGATE SMART GATES
Ecogate automatic electronic blast gates are more efficient than pneumatic blast gates, in addition to being more cost-effective.
Eliminating the need for compressed air results in a faster and simpler installation as well as significant electricity savings over the system lifecycle.
Our blast gates are industrial-grade: tens of thousands of them are working in a variety of industries around the world.
BLAST GATES THAT MONITOR AIRFLOW
Ecogate's patented next-generation Smart Gate is the world's only blast gate that continually monitors air flow in its duct real time.
Smart Ecogate blast gates give us an unprecedented insight into what is happening in your dust collection system at all times. As a result, Ecogate can achieve the greatest possible electricity savings, while at the same time guaranteeing that transport velocities are maintained through the duct system.
EASY DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM CHANGES
FOCUS ON PRODUCTION
The Ecogate system equipped with our smart blast gates will quickly adapt to any changes to your dust collection system. Just run our easy-to-use calibration wizard once you're done.
You focus on your production, and Ecogate will save you money day after day, month after month. Learn more.
BUTTERFLY STYLE GATES
For applications where our Guillotine Style Gates are not optimal, we have Butterfly Style Gates.
These gates are primarily used in the following applications:
Fumes (Ex: Welding)
Chemical Fumes (Ex: battery or ceramics production)
Mist/Oil (Ex: Metal working using water or oil in the cutting process)
For small shops that only need to control a handful of their machines, we have an alternative. Rather than starting with a full system, you can choose to start with Standalone Gates.
